This Privacy Policy for the personal data of the user of the website https://kingsmedal.ng/ (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information, programs and products located on the online platform of the King's Medal at the domain address https://kingsmedal.ng/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
1. Definition of concepts
1.1. The following concepts are used in the Privacy Policy: 
1.1.1. "Administration" - employees authorized to manage the Site, acting on behalf of the Organization, who organize and (or) process personal data, and determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" - ensuring the confidentiality of personal data with limited access by complying with the requirements to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject or his legal representative or the presence of another legal basis. 
1.1.5. "User" - a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site. 
1.1.6. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site. 
1.1.7. Subject of personal data - an individual to whom the Personal Data relates.
2. General Provisions

6. Obligations
6.1. The User is obliged to: 
6.1.1. Provide information about Personal Data necessary for using the Site. 
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about Personal Data in the event of changes to this information. 
6.2. The Administration is obliged to: 
6.2.1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy. 
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred Personal Data of the User, with the exception of paragraphs 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of the Privacy Policy. 
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's Personal Data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect such information in existing business practice. 
6.2.4. Block the Personal Data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User’s request or appeal, or of their legal representative or authorized body in the field of personal data protection, for the period of verification, in the event of detection of inaccurate Personal Data or illegal actions.
7. Responsibility of the administration
7.1. The Administration that has failed to fulfill its obligations to the User shall be liable for damages incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of Personal Data, in accordance with the legislation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, except for cases provided for in paragraphs 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of the Privacy Policy. 
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential information, the Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information became publicly known prior to its loss or disclosure, or was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute). 
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim. 
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 
8.4. The current legislation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall apply to the Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.
9. Additional terms
9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy without the consent of the User. 
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website https://kingsmedal.ng/, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
